Install Dental Clinic

As part of the VISN 8 IDIQ, Above Group supported the design of a new 11,730 SF dental clinic and adjacent 50-space parking lot. The new structure replaces unused modular facility and their utilities. The single-story dental center is being constructed on an engineered foundation with an elevated slab-on-grade above the flood plain to house oral surgery, dental treatment rooms, offices, laboratories, storage, and more.
